Return & Exchange Policy
At Deerwood Jewelers, your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority, and we strive to provide you with an incomparable experience, and the most fine-looking fine jewelry that will last with you for your life. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're not happy and we will make it right. You can entitled to return your product for 30 days of exchange it within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please make a note, all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted.
Our Return Policy
- Products must be returned in their original condition, deprived of any type of scratches, and should have the original sales receipt and packaging.
- Products that have been worn/used, altered or sized in any way will not be accepted under return policy.
- Freebies provided to you at the time of your purchase must also be returned.
- Products having a certificate must be return with the original certificate.
- Products under made your own category are not refundable, and non-cancellable.
- Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of the original shipment.
- Although we do offer free shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our shipping cost.
Preparing Your ReturnYou just need to follow these simple steps to return a shipped item to Deerwood Jewelers,
- Write the Invoice numbers number in the original invoice that we have sent you. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
- Mention the product detail.
- Mention the reason for your return.
- Take account of the packing slip and all original papers in the package.
- Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
- Our quality assurance team will have an inspection of returned products before we can process a refund.
- We'll credit your payment, apart from delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order.
Deerwood Jewelers is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment.
