Warranty Policy

At Deerwood Jewelers, we promise the jewelry we sell is of the highest quality. We fully stand behind the products as well. Therefore, all of the products offered by Deerwood Jewelers are covered by a 1 year warranty.

Ring Sizing:

Deerwood Jewelers will gladly resize a ring that is too small or too large, FREE of charge.

A filled Ring cannot be re-sized because the stones are fixed all the way round the band. However, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy, so if you purchased an incorrect size you can simply send it back for an exchange or a refund.

Missing Stones:

We will happily replace missing stones; however, the cost to replace the missing stone is your responsibility.

This warranty does not cover lost or stolen stone, scratches and damages done by the individuals, our warranty covers manufacturing defects. Warranty policy will be void if some else will perform the repair work on the product. Shipping charges are not included and are responsibility of the consumer.
